Sam's Plans

Tonight Sam was telling me all about how he is going to have kids when he gets big--eight kids. And he said his brothers and his sister will all have eight kids, too.

Nice of him to volunteer all of them for that large family, wasn't it?

When I told him that was a lot of kids, he said, "No. Only eight. It's not a lot."

I can't wait to remind him of this conversation when his first one is in the throes of the terrible twos.
