I would think that Sam would be happy with the middle so he could save his vocal chords by not needing to scream (as much)

Yes, Jamie, they are out of order. And it's funny you say that. I accidentally reversed Sam and Isaac at lunchtime today and it really threw me off. And Sam still screamed. Maybe the middle seat is his ticket!
