As Jeff and I have been telling people our BIG, BIG, BIG news that we have triplets on the way, everyone has asked that we keep them posted on how things are going. Thanks to technology, we can do that quickly and easily with this blog.
I'll do my best to keep this up to date so all of you can check in from time to time. Thanks for all of your support so far, and for keeping us in your prayers. Heaven knows we'll need all the help we can get!

Writer genes trump technology genes!
I am a blog virgin, so forgive me whatever protocol errors I make in this first attempt. I understand the need for a moderator, but I don't like the idea of possibly being censored - (can I use the word virgin?) I am also guessing that this thing won't spellcheck for me, so there will be a few errors. Anyway congratulations Christy and Jeff. In case you were wondering about what it might cost - here's an interesting article to help you. I will follow it up in a couple days with a related response to this article, but I want people to read them in order. By the way, Max and Alaina added you to their prayer list tonight. Max (10 year old boy for he non-family members) was excited to learn the "trips" are due Nov 2(?) or maybe you said the 8th - whatever, he's excited they could be born on his BD, the 7th (and Raven's BD too). But I explained that they'd likely be early - he then asked if we could go on a "road trip" to Indiana. - Alaina (8 year old girl for the non family members) was so cute - she said "and God help her so she doesn't have too much pain when they come out". Hilarious - I tried to explain that Jeff would be the one in pain, but she didn't really get my sense of humor!
Now that Mom and Dad are on the blog, look out. And stop saying words like "virgin".
